- Use computer in MKE 135
- Log in
- CAI Menu (located on desktop)
- Select a CAI by its number
Screen Print - When you want to show a web page in a Power Point presentation
- Be on the screen you want to show in your Power Point presentation.
- Depress the "Print Screen" key. This is located on the top row of the keyboard.
- Open Paint
- Start
- Programs
- Accessories
- Paint
- Once Paint is open,
- Edit
- Paste. This will paste your screen into Paint.
- Save this to a file somewhere you can find it again!
- To put the image into a Power Point presentation:
- Create a new slide
- Insert
- Picture
- From file
- Navigate to where you saved your graphic and click on its file name
