Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger to Present Commencement Address

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

YORK, Pa. - C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger will be this spring's Commencement Speaker at York College of Pennsylvania.     

More than 700 students will receive their diplomas during the ceremony, which takes place on Saturday, May 17, at 10:30 a.m. on the Campus Mall.

Ruppersberger is in his third term in the United States Congress representing Maryland's Second District.

Ruppersberger will also receive an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
