Entrepreneurship Events at YCP

YORK, Pa. - The Women's Business Center at The J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship at York College will be holding its Women's Business Owners and Professionals Organization Rise & Shine Breakfast Tuesday, March 25 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the 1770s Room of Iosue Student Union.

Guest speaker Ann Gdovin-Hake, president and CEO of Gdovin Personnel, will present "Asking for What You Want: When it's time to toot your own horn."

In addition to the monthly Rise & Shine Breakfast, women entrepreneurs will come together Saturday, April 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to celebrate the opening of the Women's Business Center. The brunch will be held in Buechel Lounge in Iosue Student Union.  Guest speaker, YCP alumna Melanie Brensinger, Senior Vice President at GE Commercial Finance and the Founder of the PIT Foundation, will share her journey from professional success to social entrepreneurship.
