Goodling Scholarship Fund

YORK, Pa. - Four local students from York College of Pennsylvania have been named the latest recipients of the "Bill Goodling Teacher Scholarship Fund." In order to receive the scholarship, students must express an interest in becoming a teacher.

Nicole Casagrande, of Windsor, is the daughter of Michael and Tammy Casagrande.

Erin Lentz, of Seven Valleys, is the daughter of Donald and Helen Lentz.

Angela Jo Blymire Tome, of Dallastown, is the daughter of Carolyn Blymire and the late Larry Blymire.

Elizabeth Zortman, of York, is the daughter of Cara Beth Zortman.

Casagrande and Lentz joined former Congressman Goodling, York College President George Waldner, and Attorney John D. Briggs, of Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg, at a brief presentation ceremony at YCP. Katherman, Briggs & Greenberg is a major sponsor of the scholarship's annual golf tournament and largest fund-raiser.
