York College Names Dean of College Advancement

YORK, Pa. - York College of Pennsylvania recently named Daniel S. Helwig of Elizabethtown as the Dean of College Advancement.
The new position was created to lead the College's increase in visibility and identity throughout the mid-Atlantic region. Helwig will also be responsible for establishing relationships with alumni, supporters and the greater York community. Helwig comes to YCP from WellSpan Health where he served as the York Health Foundation Executive Director and Chief Development Officer. Prior to WellSpan, Helwig spent over ten years at Elizabethtown College in various development positions that culminated with his appointment to Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
Helwig holds a bachelor of arts in Communications from Susquehanna University.
