York College Student Completes Investigation Program

YORK, Pa. – Chad Vigna, a junior criminal justice student at York College, is the first YCP student to complete the Crime & Loss Investigation Program.
The Crime & Loss Investigation Program is a certificate course administered by the International Foundation for Protection Officers. Program topics include Surveillance, History, Background Investigation, Intelligence and Interviewing.
