Art To Focus on The Grieving Process

YORK, Pa. - York College will host an Art Installation in the main lobby of Schmidt Library March 29. The work focuses on the loss of a loved one and the grieving process, followed by hope and healing.
On opening day, the artist has arranged for several classmates, at various locations on campus, to read poetry while holding candlelight vigils from 9 a.m.-11:00 a.m. At the conclusion of the vigils, the students will escort audiences back to the main lobby of Schmidt Library.
A “Small Works” show will also open March 29 in the main lobby of Schmidt Library.
