York College of Pennsylvania and WellSpan Health Nurse Anesthetist Program Overview
York College of Pennsylvania and WellSpan Health will hold an overview program concerning the prospective Nurse Anesthetist Program on May 4 from 7:30-9 p.m. at the WellSpan Human Resources Center, Room 148, South Edgar Street, York. Program Director Richard E. Haas, PhD, CRNA, will provide a 30-minute formal presentation on the prospective program, followed by a one-hour question and answer period. While there is no charge to attend the overview program, participants are asked to register at (717) 815-1462.

Italian Language and Culture
Designed for those with a very basic knowledge of the Italian language, the Italian Language and Culture course will cover conversation, reading, basic vocabulary, alphabet, grammar, culture, foods and customs. The course will be held on Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. beginning May 19 and continues through June 30. This course may also be used to satisfy Act 48 hours. Design of Experiments for Process Improvements
Ideal for technicians, engineers and management in the area of quality, this three-day presentation covers concepts for the design of experiments through an engaging and dynamic learning process. Based on the "real-life" learning experience, learned skills will be immediately applicable to the workplace and will be available for reference through the course materials, "The Desk Reference of Statistical Quality Methods," which is included with the class registration. The class will be held on May 25-27 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. daily. This course may also be used to satisfy Act 48 hours.
