Robert P. Newcomer appointed Dean of Business Affairs and Chief Financial Officer

York College of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert P. Newcomer as Dean of Business Affairs and Chief Financial Officer, effective Feb. 1.
In this newly re-defined position, Mr. Newcomer will provide leadership for institutional financial strategy as well as business operations.
Mr. Newcomer was previously an executive with Glatfelter, Inc., serving in various positions, most recently President and Chief Operating Officer and prior to that Chief Financial Officer. He holds both bachelor's and master's degrees in the fields of economics and finance.
