Posted November 18, 2004FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Winter Commencement is approaching for seniors across York College's campus and the art majors will participate in a final exhibition of their work in digital media, painting, drawing, photography and sculpture before pursuing their career goals. The Fall 2004 Senior Art Majors' Exhibition opens on Nov. 23 from 5-7 p.m. in the York College Galleries and runs through Dec. 14.
Kirstin Brown, a York County native and fine arts major with a concentration in photography, will display selected photographs of her favorite topics - dogs, children and nature. "I think little kids are neat with the innocence they hold in their faces," says Brown. "Nature just amazes me with its beauty."
