Rock-A-Thon Raises Money for Kidney Foundation

York, Pennsylvania--Students of the Phi Sigma Sigma sorority at York College of Pennsylvania have found a way to spend a relaxing weekend in a rocking chair and raise money for the National Kidney Foundation at the same time.
Each year Phi Sigma Sigma Chapters across the U.S. and Canada participate in their annual Rock-A-Thon to raise money for the National Kidney Foundation. By actively rocking in chairs, the members have managed to raise a great amount of money in the past and would like to surpass last years total of $1400.
On Friday, December 4 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6 from opening to closing at the West Manchester Mall Center Court, the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma will be rocking for the National Kidney Foundation.
