York College's Winter Commencement to be Held Dec. 22

York, Pennsylvania--On Wednesday, December 22, York College of Pennsylvania's August and December graduates will receive their degrees at Winter Commencement, which will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the Wolf Gymnasium-Auditorium. Below is a breakdown of the 365 August graduates and December candidates for degrees.
28 Masters
62 Bachelor of Arts
253 Bachelor of Science
22 Associates
Dr. Robert Hart Baker, Music Director and Conductor of the York Symphony Orchestra, will receive an Honorary Degree, Doctor of Humane Letters, from President George W. Waldner. Dr. Baker is one of the nation's most experienced and respected musical conductors.
The student-nominated faculty speaker will be Dr. Mary M. Graham, Associate Professor of History and Political Science.
