New Dean of Development and Alumni Relations at York College

York, Pennsylvania--Guy Calcerano is the new Dean of Development and Alumni Relations at York College of Pennsylvania. Previously, he was the Director of Development for the Business School at Rutgers University.
Calcerano is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with alumni and building support for York College in the community. He supervises the Director of Alumni Relations, the Director of Development and Stewardship Programs, and the Director of Development Information Services.
Born in Flint, Michigan, Calcerano has worked in higher education fundraising for 14 years. He received a B.A. from Kalamazoo College in Michigan and an MBA from Monmouth College in New Jersey. He started working at York College on March 13.
“I love the college atmosphere--I love the connection with the future,” Calcerano said. “I came to York College because I was impressed with the school, President Waldner and the trustees.”
Calcerano has been married to his wife Virginia for nine years. They have two children, a six-year-old daughter and a four-year-old son.
