Mini Baja York College Engineering Project

York, Pennsylvania - Congratulations are in store for the York College of Pennsylvania "Mini Baja" team. This group of Engineering students built an "off road" car, similar to a dune buggy, from scratch. The team and vehicle recently went to Milwaukee for an international competition, where they faced 125 cars from dozens of other schools. This is the first time the York College team participated in the competition and did very well. The goal of the event and project was to provide undergraduate and graduate students with a simulation of "real-world engineering."
