Christmas Gift Tree Party

Reporters and photographers are invited to the annual Christmas Gift Tree party at York College of Pennsylvania on December 2, as Santa makes an early visit to town. Students, faculty, and staff have been busy little elves buying toys, clothing, and other items for needy children. Approximately 75 youngsters will receive gifts at the party. They all filled out "wish lists" and the campus community, for the sixth year in a row, has come through.
The event takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Wolf Gym B. Santa will arrive at approximately 7:30 p.m. York College's Residence Life Service Committee and ACCESS-York sponsor the Christmas Gift Tree party. It is very touching and makes for excellent TV video and newspaper photos. If you have any questions please call Randy Gray in the PR Office at 815-1309.
SPECIAL NOTE: Some of the children are involved in abusive and/or custodial
situations and may not be photographed. They will be properly
