York College Students Win Awards

York, Pennsylvania -- Two students from York College of Pennsylvania have won awards in a writing competition sponsored by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). The group, which has 32,000 members, is considered the preeminent organization worldwide for security professionals.
Sonny Trigilio, a senior from Stewartstown, won the Gold Medal for his paper entitled "Applying the Principles of Risk Management to Nuclear Power Plant Safety." Todd Staub, a senior from Littlestown received Honorable Mention for his paper, "The Contemporary Casino: Evolution and Protection." Both students are Criminal Justice majors at York College.
