Crowd Management Seminar

York, Pennsylvania -- Police, security professionals, and event managers are often faced with crowd management responsibilities. York College of Pennsylvania offers an in-depth one-day training program designed for all types of protection officers. The seminar covers areas of management including types of crowds, planning for large numbers, speaking to big groups, and crowd movement tactics.
Christopher Hertig, a York College professor who is also a certified protection professional, will teach the seminar. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance from the York College Special Programs Office. The class will be offered on June 6, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Wolf Academic Center, room 105. The cost is $75 for the general public and $55 for YCP students and alumni.
