York College Plays

York, Pennsylvania -- The Players of York College of Pennsylvania will kick off the 2003-04 season with four performances of a Don Nigro play. "The Gypsy Woman" will be performed October 1-4 at 8 p.m. in DeMeester Theater.

Later in the month, The Players will present five performances of "Dogg's Hamlet, Cahoot's Macbeth," by Tom Stoppard. The shows will run October 28-November 1 at 7 p.m. in the Playpen Theatre.

Also in November, Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple" will hit the York College stage with a twist. A female version of the play will be presented in DeMeester Theater from November 19-22 at 8 p.m.

In December, "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens will be performed in DeMeester Theater. There will be two shows a day, from December 4-7, at 12 and 1 p.m.
