The York College Women’s Business Center Organization (WBCO) will host a presentation encouraging women to take charge of their financial future, "Discover Your Unique Financial Personality," at 11:30 a.m., March 12. The event will take place in Alumni Hall, located in the West Campus Community Center. Tickets cost $25 and must be purchased online by March 8.

Presenting will be Carolyn Schaefer, managing director of personal banking at York Traditions Bank, and Holly Buchanan, author and national financial consultant specializing in marketing to women. They will present the four distinct financial personalities among women to help audience members find out which personality they relate to most. Discovering more about their relationship with money will allow participants to build confidence, become inspired, and take charge of their financial future.

The Women’s Business Center Organization, an initiative of the J.D. Brown Center for Entrepreneurship, is a group of female business owners and professionals who come together to support one another in a professional setting.
