Why Do This? 

Your home drive (H:) on MyYCP is:

• more secure than your hard drive (C:) or floppy disks (A:) because it is protected by your password and backed-up nightly.
• convenient because you can access files saved there from any computer with Internet access.

Retrieving Files from MyFiles

	Log on to MyYCP (http:my.ycp.edu). Double Click "MyFiles" in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
	Click on the name of the file or the download icon () to retrieve the file.
	Click on "Save."
	Save the original file to "My Documents."

Saving Files to MyFiles

	Log on to MyYCP (http:my.ycp.edu). Double Click "MyFiles" in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
	Click on "Browse" to locate the file you want to save to MyFiles.
	Find and Click on the drive where you saved your document (e.g A:, C:, D; H; etc) Locate your document. Click on "Open."
	Click on "Upload File(s)." Your document will be saved to the H: drive.
