Vickie Kline has worked
at Schmidt Library for 14 years. She previously worked as a general
services librarian at Franklin & Marshall College. She has made
presentations on a variety of topics including next generation search
engines, authority control, MARC Formats for Holdings Data and Classification
Data, the future of cataloging, methods for organizing Internet information,
and information literacy. She is former President of the DRA
Users Group Board. She also has taken active leadership roles
in regional organizations. Her areas of expertise are library
automation, the Internet, and web development. Her interests
include music, opera, rare books, mineralogy, and the
history of early American sheet music publishing. |
