Susan works as a Health Information and Performance Improvement consultant and teaches Information Literacy 101.  Having recently moved back home to York, she spent the past years developing and implementing a healthcare training/education model for basic statistical control and process improvement.  She has held positions as a System Director, Risk Manager, and was a Senior Examiner for the Missouri State Quality Award.

Having lived in Florida, North Dakota, Colorado, Kansas, and Pennsylvania, her personal interests include travel, x-county skiing, remodeling homes, her five cats and two dogs, and listening to everyone's unique life stories.
