Word provides a template that allows users to properly format papers in
APA style. The template will pre-set the cover page, headers, running
head, page numbers, and other aspects of APA style. |
|
| Overview of APA Options in Word | |
| There are several options which contain APA related information. APA Sample: This option allows users to see what the template looks like and provides guidelines for APA style. If you have never used APA style before, you may want to open the APA Sample and read the information. APA Template Instructions: This option provides instructions on installing and using the APA template. It includes extensive instructional information. If you encounter problems using the APA template, consult these instructions. APA Word Tutor: This option will "teach some of the tricks of typing, editing, and moving around a document in Word." APA5thEd.wiz: This option will take the creation of a document in APA style step by step. |
