The IT Help Desk is here to support the YCP community with their technology-related questions and general computing needs. Our mission is to provide quality service when answering phones, creating and updating work orders, supporting campus software, and performing ongoing operations. We provide problem resolution and personal assistance in order to increase the user’s productivity and success. As part of our support services, we also provide training seminars in basic and advanced computing skills.
