    EPS Online Instruction

    There are two ways to access EPS:
  • Directly accessing the site http://eps.ycp.edu/

    On the ‘For Employees’ tab in MyYcp (https://my.ycp.edu/). Click on the link in the EPS channel

    Steps for using the program:

  • Type your YCP username and password. Click the Log in button. 

  • The site will open to the Open Jobs List screen.

            On this screen, you will have a list of all currently open jobs and the details you provided. If there was a document listed, there would also be an option to Cancel Job.

  • To create a new request, click on the   button. This will open the Print Job Request Screen
  • On the Print Job Request screen you will be able to:
    • Select the file from a computer, network drive, or other removable media.
    • You will be able to add the date you need the print outs (Note: It is best to give them several days notice since your job may not be the only one they are working on).
    • “Notes:” is a space for special notes for your print job  to the print center.
    • On the left side of the screen there are Print Options. The list below the Print Options changes based on which link you click on (ie Paper, Finishing, Combination, etc.).

  • To see a list of past jobs, click on the .
  • Select the drop down menu next to Job Filter and select what jobs you want to search. Then select the dates you wish to search. Click Refresh.

  • When you are done with using EPS, click the   button to end your session.
