Q: How do you get to EPS?
A: Type the following address in a browser window: eps.ycp.edu , then click the link on the for "faculty" tab, then click the link on the "for employees" tab.
Q: How many documents can I submit at one time?
A: You can only submit on document at a time.
Q: My department is listed incorrectly. What should I do?
A: Please contact the IT Help Desk and they will put a work order in for this issue.
Q: I am unable to chose a department.
A: Please contact the IT Help Desk and they will put a work order in for this issue.
Q: I am unable to login.
A: Make sure that you are using Internet Explorer. This is the only web browser you can use with this site. If this is not the issue please contact the IT Help Desk and they will put a work order in for this issue.
Q: I am unable to chose a calendar. What should I do?
A: Make sure that you have the pop-up blocker turned off and that you do not have any special toolbars they may need to be removed (ie Google, Yahoo, etc.)
Q: I cannot submit my file.
A: Please check the size of your file. The file name should be less than 20 characters and cannot contain any special characters (letters and numbers only).
