Student Telephone Services
All on-campus housing offers full network and internet access, Cable TV with HBO and local telephone service. YCP also offers Call Waiting and Caller ID services free of charge.
Phone Problems
Any concerns or repair issues should be directed to the IT Help Desk at 717 815-1559
Before calling the repair number, please be sure your phone is not the problem by connecting the phone into a different jack.
Leave a detailed message at x1559 including:
- Your name
- Residence Hall name
- Problem that you are experiencing
- Room #
- Ext #
Repair service will respond as soon as possible.
YCP can only repair phone lines and phone jacks.
