Software Request Deadlines
For those requiring more than the standard software packages for the labs, Smart Classrooms, or on the network, please comply with the following deadline dates for special-purpose software requests:
Fall Semester: April 15
Spring Semester: November 15
Summer Semester: March 15
These dates were designed so that time is available for testing and configuring the software. If your request is received after these specified dates, IT will attempt to get the software running for your class; however, we cannot guarantee when this will be completed and the installation of the software will more than likely be postponed to a subsequent semester. Information Technology and the IRC agree the cut-off date for the Fall semester may seem early; however, since many professors are unavailable during the Summer months, we require this information before the end of the Spring semester.
