Students who carry insurance through the College must file a claim form within 20 days following an accident or illness.
Claim forms may be obtained in the Health Center or on line at https://www.hrconnection.com/loginurl.aspx. You will then be able to access enrollment forms, claim forms, and FAQ's, under the tab heading of forms and other plan information.
