WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Failure to attend class or merely giving notice to the instructor will not be considered an official withdrawal and will result in the student receiving a failing grade for the course. A Change of Student Record form must be secured from and returned to the Records Office by the dates noted on the College Calendar. For more information on tuition refunds, please see the Billing/Deposits/Refunds section of the Student Handbook.
Anyone who is enrolled for more than 18 credits as of the last day to enter, switch or add classes will be billed for those additional credits whether or not the student drops below 19 credits at a future time during the semester. The withdrawal after that date will have no bearing on the financial obligation.
