York College Residence Halls 2008-2009 (Costs are per student)
- *Beard Hall, Penn Hall, Manor North, Manor South, Manor Northeast - coed traditional residence halls; typically freshman/new student; housekeeping responsible for common areas; $2,200.00 per semester, single rooms (reserved for upperclass) $2,595.00 per semester.
- *Codorus Hall - all female traditional residence hall; typically freshman; housekeeping responsible for common areas; $2,200.00 per semester.
- *Mini-dorms (Willow Hall, Laurel Hall, Evergreen Hall) - suite style residence halls; typically freshman/new students; each suite houses 9 students; suites are not coed, but buildings can be; share bathroom and lounge area; housekeeping responsible for bathroom and hallway; $2,225.00 per semester.
- *Manor East, Manor West - suite style residence halls; each suite floor houses 16 people; floors are not coed, but building can be; share bathroom and lounge area; housekeeping responsible or bathroom and hallway; $2,225.00 per semester.
- Country Club Manor Apartments - houses upperclass students in apartments ranging from 2-5 person; students are responsible for cleaning their respective apartments which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; $2,675.00 per semester.
- Tyler Run Apartments I and II - houses upperclass students in 5 person apartments; students are responsible for cleaning their respective apartments which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; $2,675.00 per semester.
- Small Houses (Kieffer, Curry, Wenger, Arnold and Honors) - small houses on the border of campus that house student organizations, typically sororities; residents are responsible for cleaning their respective houses which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; $2,675.00 per semester, single rooms $3,070.00 per semester.
- Tyler Run Apts. III, Susquehanna (6 person) - houses upperclass students in 6 person apartments; students are responsible for cleaning their respective apartments which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; $2,700.00 per semester.
- Pershing, Springettsbury, and Springdale - small houses on the border of campus; residents are responsible for cleaning their respective houses which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; double/triple rooms $2,700.00 per semester, single rooms $3,095.00 per semester.
- Spring Garden Apts., Susquehanna (4 person), Brockie Commons and Richland Hall - houses upperclass students in apartments ranging from 4-5 person; students are responsible for cleaning their respective apartments which include bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and common areas; $2,810.00 per semester, single rooms $3,285.00 per semester.

- Standard (full) Meal plan 21 meals/week $1,700.00
- 225 Block Plan $1,700.00 (New Plan for Fall 2008)
- Ultimate Meal plan $2,075
