Campus Life
Living on the campus makes the difference between simply attending classes and actually becoming a part of College life.

After choosing York College and selecting your classes, one of the most important decisions you will make is where you will live - at home or at school, on or off campus, in a residence hall or an apartment. You should consider cost, convenience, commuting time, study requirements and social interaction.

TRADITIONAL - If you are just starting your College life or want the experience of living on a floor filled with the possibilities of new friendships and experiences, the dormitory life may be for you. There are five major complexes (Manor North, Manor Northeast, Manor South, Beard Hall and Penn Hall) housing over 690 students. The buildings are co-ed by floors and are for freshman. Each building also has its own laundry facility and mailroom inside.

SUITE-STYLE - If you are looking to remain in a dormitory, but really aren't looking for the large population and want a little more independence, then try our suite-style housing. There are five buildings (Evergreen, Laurel, Willow, Manor East, Manor West) housing about 200 students who are generally freshman. Some suites/floors may have only nine students in the hallway or eighteen. The building are co-ed by floor. You and your neighbors can look forward to sharing your own living room and balcony/garden area.
