There are five major dormitories which house over 690 students. The buildings are co-ed by floors. Each building also has its own laundry facility and mailroom inside.

York College of Pennsylvania has one dormitory, Codorus Hall, which is houses 41 women. This building shares laundry and mailroom facilities with an adjacent apartment complex.
