Fall Orientation 2008

 

SCHEDULE CHANGE:

Robert Channing, the Mentalist back by popular demand, will be performing tonight (Sunday) in the CPAC at 10 pm.

Purpose:

The Orientation program at York College is designed to familiarize students with the people, programs and physical surroundings that culminate in the creation of our great college. Throughout this four-day process, new students will meet their academic advisor, Orientation Leaders, and many new friends, many of whom will come from their Orientation group. Each new student will be assigned to an Orientation Group, led by two upperclass students who've received special training to be Orientation Leaders. These Orientation Leaders and groups will prove to be an invaluable service as they assist you in your transition into your new community!                                                                                                          

If you are a new student (resident, transfer and/or commuter) joining the York College Community, you are strongly encouraged to attend all Orientation events! All Orientation events have been designed with all of you in mind, so make plans to attend everything.
