STRESS MANAGEMENT
Education, Training & Exercises for ANYONE who wants to practice stress management techniques.
Stress is a fact of life. Too much stress can cause problems that affect mental and physical health or damage relationships with family and friends. This open, drop-in group will teach and pratice effective relaxation and stress reduction techniques.

FOOD AND FEELINGS
Support, Education & Therapy for ANYONE interested in exploring and improving body image.
Find balance in eating, activity, self care, and relationships. Participate in creative and nurturing activities in a safe zone, where you can be yourself. If you struggle with negative feelings about your weight, body shape, and appearance, or feel guilty or out of control when eating, but desire balance and self acceptance, then this goup may be for you!
The Food and Feelings support group will provide a place where you can benefit from sharing with other students dealing with similar challenges.

RELATIONSHIPS SUCCESS
Seeking Out Success in Relationships
Support, Education & Therapy for ANYONE seeking mutually satisfying relationships
Fine tune or gain new skills for relationships with family, peers, romantic partners, etc. Seeking Out Success in relationships can sometimes be a difficult task. In this group, students will address pressing issues faced by college students.

S.T.E.P. 1
Students Taking and Exploring Problems
Support, Education & Therapy for ANYONE exploring their substance use.
Alcohol and other drug use can pose problems for college students. Some of those problems include academics, relationships, family, work, and disruptive behaviors. This group is a get real approach to use / misuse, perceptions, myths, and habits.

These groups are open for all students. Students may begin attending at any time during the semester. Groups will meet in Counseling Services and are strictly confidential (A signature for confidentiality is required.).
