At York College we encourage everyone to get involved in physical activity and exercise during their time here. In an effort to promote the various opportunities that YCP offers, we've created the following programs to entice participation in an assortment of programs and improve overall wellness.
NEW FOR 2015-16: Each semester this year we will hold three (3) challenges, with each focusing on a different element of fitness. Participants will gain points based on their place finish in each challenge (see below). Overall winners will be determined at the completion of the third challenge.

3rd - 20
4th - 15
5th - 10
6th - 5
7th - 4
8th - 3
9th - 2
10th - 1
Incentives will also be given to those that participate in all three events.
Fall Challenge #1 - September 18 (focus on speed)
Fall Challenge #2 - October 23 (focus on strength)
Fall Challenge #3 - November 20 (focus on overall fitness)
