Group Exercise

Welcome to the York College Group Exercise where our goal is to offer fun and diverse programs to meet your fitness needs. We strive to provide our participants with a variety of classes, from mind-body classes (Yoga) to high intensity, calorie burning classes (H.I.I.T & Zumba). Classes are open to all fitness levels and are FREE to anyone with proper Grumbacher Sport & Fitness Center access privileges. Sign-ups for each class begin 30 minutes prior to the class start time (at the main Grumbacher Sport & Fitness Center welcome desk) and classes are filled on a first-come basis.
