Welcome to the York College Group Exercise where our goal is to offer fun and diverse programs to meet your fitness needs. We strive to provide our participants with a variety of classes, from mind-body classes (Power Yoga) to high intensity, calorie burning classes (Turbo-Fusion Challenge, Boot Camp, Zumba, etc). Classes are open to all fitness levels and are FREE to anyone with proper Grumbacher Sport & Fitness Center access privileges. Sign-ups for each class begin 30 minutes prior to the class start time (at the main Grumbacher Sport & Fitness Center welcome desk) and classes are filled on a first-come basis.
