Spring 2010 Schedule (classes will begin Monday, January 25th)

**On Saturday, Feb 13th at 9:30am we will be offering a special class - Body Conditioning for Fitness & Performance**
   
Cardio & strength training that will burn calories using a circuit involving weights, balls, bands and steps!

* All classes are drop-in. Sign-in at the East Desk 30 minutes prior to start time to reserve your spot, class size is limited to 25 participants, except Zumba which is limited to 30 participants.

** These classes are Faculty/Staff classes

*** Boot Camp will begin on February 3rd, not January 27th.
