Class Descriptions

Body Sculpting: Intensive but easy to follow 60 minute floor work class using the step, weights, and apparatus of the instructors choice. All fitness levels welcome.

Boot Camp: This class is specifically designed to burn calories and tone your muscles.  Basic cardio drills are alternated with a variety of strengthening and toning exercises to challenge and tone any body! Great for getting your body ready for the summer!

Butts & Guts: This 45-minute class will strength and tone your lower body - abs, glutes, hips and thighs.

Extreme Training: This class is a complete workout. A mega calorie burner with a Brazilian edge; involving weight training, upper and lower body work, abs and Pilates. Cardio, strength and flexibility all in one class!

Pilates/Yoga Fusion: Start your day off with this one hour class which uses the movement of Pilates and poses of Yoga in a relaxing environment. This approach is ideal for jump starting your day and developing core (abs and spine) strength, agility and muscle tone. This class format uses a popular form of cross training for athletes and those just looking to improve overall wellness.

Power Abs: A complete workout for your entire midsection...shape and tone your upper & lower abs, side and back.

Yoga: Challenge mind and body with Yoga in the Iyengar style. Learning precision in alignment will teach you to practice the asana (posture) safely while building muscular strength and endurance. Attention to breathing promotes calmness and equanimity. This class is meditation in movement!

Zumba: A popular fitness program inspired by Latin dance. "Zumba" comes from a Columbian word that means to move fast and have fun. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn.
