To help the Alumni Office update your records so that you will be sure to receive the York College Magazine, Alumni Update, and all the other news and information about York College and the YCP Alumni Association, please complete our Alumni Update form.   Use this form to request replacement membership cards,  provide address updates, and submit benchmark listings in the York College Magazine. Please indicate in the space provided any information that you wish to remain confidential.  Thank you! 

You may respond on-line, or  you may download, complete, and return the information form to the Alumni Office, York College of Pennsylvania, York, PA 17405-7199, or fax 717-849-1643, or phone (717) 815-1285

Two methods you may use to download the alumni update form are as follows: 

  1. Click the link of the form below.  When your browser displays the file, select  the Save As... option from the File menu, then enter the name of the file to be saved and click Save.  After saving the file to your computer, you may print and complete the form.
  2. Another method is to right-click (PC) / click-hold (MAC) on the form’s link and choose the Save Link As... option from the pop-up menu, then enter the name of the file and click Save.
