International MBA Students
Thank you for your interest in York College of Pennsylvania. As soon as ALL of the below mentioned application materials are returned to us, we will carefully review them and inform you of our decision on your admission to York College. Applications and all supporting documentation must be received no later than:- May 1st for Fall (September) applicants
- September 1st for Spring (January) applicants
You must send us the following:
- A completed Application for Admission to York College of Pennsylvania's MBA program, with a $40.00 non-refundable application fee.
- A completed International Student Form (PDF*).
- If you are transferring from another college or university in the U.S., the International Student Transfer Form (PDF*) must be completed.
- An OFFICIAL copy of your academic transcripts/records, showing all courses attended, examinations passed, diplomas obtained in secondary schools, and universities. The college will accept only a CERTIFIED ENGLISH TRANSLATION of all records. For translation and evaluation of transcripts you may contact World Education Services at http://www.wes.org/ , International Education Research Foundation, Inc. at http://www.ierf.org/ , or Education Evaluators International, Inc. at http://www.educei.com/
- Results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), OR International English Languae Teting System (IELTS) for English as a second language speakes. A minimum TOEFL score of 530 if taken by the paper format, a score of 200 if taken by the computer format, or a score of 72 if taken by the IBT is required for admission. - Results of the Graduate Management Admission Test (if applicable).
- A 300-500 word handwritten statement (English) of your educational goals.
- The completed York College of Pennsylvania Financial Certification Form (PDF*).

**International students must be financially independent and capable of bearing all the costs of going to college and living in the United States between semesters and during the summer months, as the college does not scholarhips or financial aid available to assist international students. The college cost for one academic year (eight months) is $15,750 (2007-2008) for tuition, fees, medical insurance, books, and prsonal expenses. The college does not provide housing for Graduate level students. The estimated cost of living for an international student in York, PA is $9,410 per year. Please note that costs are subject to change at any time.
