Secondary Education General Science Major

Our Secondary Education General Science major provides a foundation in theory and practice in science and education. Students select one of three specialization areas – biology, chemistry and physics – and are required to complete six to eight credits in that area. Students are also encouraged to become members in professional organizations, attend science and educational conferences, do reading in science journals and view non-print science media to provide depth.
