Students who pursue a major in the Physical Sciences department gain the skills demanded in today's highly technical world. We prepare you for careers in scientific and/or technical fields by developing your professional fitness, your proficiency with the problem solving techniques of mathematics and science, and your expertise in using modern equipment and software. Our majors also incorporate a variety of out-of-classroom learning experiences such as co-ops and internships with our partners in local industry.
