Spring on the York College campus

Goal setting. Team building. Skill developing. As a manager, you’re responsible for helping to accomplish the big picture and for keeping a business moving forward.

Every business has a need for people to help hire the right talented employees and then move them toward their best work as you pursue company goals. We teach you how to excel in human resources, leadership, ethics, organizational needs, emphasizing real world application. Many students take advantage of internships to further their hands-on training.

Our courses are based on the industry-standard “common professional component” that helps prepare you to graduate as a fully skilled individual who can solve complex issues in the workplace, from setting organizational objectives to leading a team. It also means you are well suited to apply to graduate school.
