Economists are crucial as globalization and politics continue to increase the complexity of nearly every industry in the world economy. As an economist, you’ll be called on to offer quantitative and communication skills as you analyze and forecast business and economic trends.

Our economics major provides the knowledge and develops the skills needed to land decision-making positions within government, academia, the financial sectors and industry. You’ll also be well prepared for graduate studies.
