Management Major

Management is the process through which work is accomplished with and by the human resources in organizations. Broadly, it encompasses the major functions of setting organizational objectives and developing plans, organizing work, allocating resources, directing and leading others and evaluating the outcomes of managerial efforts. The coursework in the Management major encompass all of these functions and is built around business core courses called the “common professional component.”
