AIGA (American Institute of the Graphic Arts)
Graphic Design majors are required to join YCP's chapter of AIGA. The American Institute of Graphic Arts is a national non-profit organization devoted to the advancement of excellence in graphic design. Affiliated with AIGA Central PA, student members attend meetings, professional events, lectures and portfolio reviews. Involvement gives students a chance to organize events, meet design students from other institutions, and network for internships and careers.

THE ART CLUB
The York College Art Club brings together students who are interested in the visual arts. All students are invited to join this dynamic group of individuals who participate in a wide range of artistic activities. Members have traveled to art museums in Philadelphia and Baltimore, and often hold group critiques. The Art Club members have also shared their skills with the community by completing mural projects for area companies and hospitals, and participating in both college and local festivals.
