Nursing is a challenging and rewarding healthcare discipline with a broad scope of responsibility and excellent career prospects. York College’s undergraduate and graduate nursing programs combine the education and practical experience needed to meet the demands of the profession.
The excellence of York College’s nursing program is impacted by several factors: outstanding faculty with excellent academic and practice credentials, up-to-date facilities and equipment, and numerous high quality clinical affiliations. Our undergraduates consistently achieve above the 90% on the National Council of State Boards Licensing Exam (NCLEX) and are in high demand by clinical agencies because of their knowledge and clinical skills. Our graduate students also achieve at a high level and easily find employment in their chosen specialty.
