Alpha Sigma Lambda is dedicated to the advancement of scholarship and recognizes high scholastic achievement in an adult student's career. By so doing, this society encourages its students to study toward and to earn an associate or baccalaureate degree.
Membership in Alpha Sigma Lambda is restricted to the top 10% of matriculated, part-time students who have been in attendance at York College for a minimum of four consecutive fall and spring semesters, have completed a minimum of thirty (30) York College credit hours, and have achieved a minimum grade point average of 3.5. Additional information regarding selection criteria is available from the Registrar's Office.
